Beginner 1 Straps [Book a Spot]

Prerequisites: Age 16+ | Graduation from Aerial Fundamentals or coach approval

Intermediate Straps [Book a Spot]

Prerequisites: 2 skin the cats, front meat hooks, working on front and back planche

This class is a great chance for intermediate aerial straps students to discover some of the foundational skills of straps. We will work on flares, meat hook transitions, and progressions for more difficult skills. Even for those who are not interested in focusing on straps as their discipline, this can offer excellent cross training and aerial conditioning.

Aerial Rope

Beginner 1 Rope [Book a Spot]

In our beginner rope class, you will learn the foundational skills of this discipline. This class will focus on building and applying your knowledge of aerial rope skills and increasing your strength and endurance in the air.

Intermediate Rope [Book a Spot]

Prerequisites: Students should be able to get upside down safely by this point as well as have a solid knowledge of basic climbs foot locks and entry level aerial rest positions.

This class will be designed to build off the skills from beginning rope to get them to build a better foundation for advanced rope skills. This class will introduce the fundamentals of transition zones as well as basic drops and wraps. We will begin setting introductory dynamic moves to prep for advance rope as well. Strength building will be larger part of this class as the requirement for safe straddle inversions will become more frequent.
